    Since Google is the biggest of them all that’s why most of the users refer to Google when they are using the search engine. Likewise with the SEO methods most of the SEO workers have the habit of saying Google instead of search engines which gives an impression that SEO methods work only for Google. Any SEO work that you do on your site will apply to all search engines including the small ones like Duckduckgo.

    From what I understand with the search engines, they have different algorithm but their methods and system in evaluating websites are practically the same. That’s why the SEO methods that we are doing for Google also applies to other search engines even if the search results are not the same. Nevertheless, as long as your website link is getting a good position in the SEO rankings then you are doing good with your SEO methods that will apply to all search engines.

    Nope, SEO is for all search engines and now even social media platforms. It's not limited to Google but considering Google has the biggest share of users, it's the best platform for SEO.
