    How many times a day do you update your Facebook page?

    Sometimes, I update my Facebook page three times a day and it always helps me get traffic and fans. Though some weeks when I'm really busy, I might only update once a day.

    I update it at least 3 times a week, no need for every day.

    It requires to post at least once a day, if you are serious about your social media brand reputation. Since the more you update your facebook page the more people will remember your existence.

    If you use Social Media all the time then you may be able to commit to posting 3 times a day.

    Think about what is realistic for you to do on a consistent basis. Social Media is a marathon not a sprint, so you need to be able to maintain your activities over a long period of time. It is better to start slowly and increase your frequency of updates over time than start with a spurt of activity and then stop because you become overwhelmed with it all.

    Once per day if that. I only use it to stay in contact with those I care about and so I do not want to flood them with info.

    It depends on the content I have to place on it. Sometimes, I update it twice a day while in some others, I do it once a day but the main target is to keep the place lively for my fans to participate as well.

    My Facebook account is not stagnating but it’s not too dynamic because I only post about 2 or 3 times a week. However, whenever I would open my Facebook account, I try my best to read all the posts of my friends, at least their most recent posts, and I react with a like or with a heart and a possible comment when needed. And for my posts, I only post relevant matter like during the holidays, I posted pictures of our Christmas decorations, gifts and other pictures related to the season. And during lull times, I post a picture of my dogs. I rarely post without a picture.
