    I have been trying to have an adsense account but google keep declining the application, please I want to know the best way to have an Adsense Account.

    Start a site, fill it with great content and continue to add content for 6 months.
    After 6 months apply for adsense. No problem.

    If you are getting declined it may mean that you are in one of the countries where your site has to have been running for 6 months before applying (India/China)

    If not then your site is probably low quality and doesn't meet the adsense Terms/Conditions.

    adsense only accept new users with no problems if you already applied they will not accept you until you change your information also need a website to put the code on it for review

    There isn't really a solution we can give you, you apply with a site that complies with the guidelines and they accept you, it's that simple.

    I have commented in another discussion about getting an Adsense account approved because there were several comments that said traffic has nothing to do with the approval. But based on our experience, Adsense requires a certain amount of traffic and content as well. That means you have to upload more contents and do SEO work on your site for a higher probability of approval.
