How do I make non PR website within first 3 page of Google?

Hello Freinds/Freelancers,

I want to make 2 website in Google search engines within 3 page search results with unique keywords.Competitor keywords are also available?

Question is: Where do I use the competitor keywords?
I have already indexed the website and has been submitted lost of search engines.

How do I make the website to top 3 pages search result in google search reuslt. Top 3 pages.

What is the important work to get rank.
I have alexa ranking.

I think the best idea is to improve keyword rank is by using the Off-page optimization.
Some of best techniques to increase the ranking of keywords is

1) Sort out the all seo technical issues of website
2) Add unique content & meta tags website pages
3) Optimize image and heading
4) Submit website in google and bing webmaster tools
5) Create and upload the xml sitemap in website
6) Submit your website in high authority social bookmarking sites
7) List your business in local business listing sites
8) Submit article, press release and blog post in respective sites
9) submit images and video
10) Create and submit the slides share in their respective sites.

Hey friend, what you are asking is a big issue. Your project will depend on the competition of key words and lot of other factors. Again submission to 1000 of search engines wont help to get you index. Instead do what you have to do.

The most important work for the website to be ranked in the first 3 pages of the search list is the content. Good content when posted on your site will influence the search engines. However, good content means it is well written with no spelling or grammar mistakes and it should also fall under the category of the niche. When you upload the new content be sure to tag it with the right keywords for more good effects with the search engine optimization.
