SEO on smaller search engines?

As a website marketer I have often come across the problem of, more expensive or difficult advertising at a larger site or lots of easy/cheap advertising at a smaller site. This problem applies to search engine optimization too! You can choose to base your search engine campaign around industry leaders such as Google, Bing and Yahoo or smaller search engines that run their own algorithms.

Why would I want to rank higher on smaller search engines? Well, it's still a lot of exposure to your website even if they're not big well know search engines and for the ones that run on their own algorithms, they are often weaker and easier to manipulate compared to larger search engines like Google. So, according to this theory you can gain high rankings in many search engines much quicker and easier than just one high ranking on a industry leader.

So what is your opinion on this? Is SEO for smaller search engines worth it?

but those search engines nobody search in it also they just copy google and biggest search engines results

I don't think the lesser known search engines have their own unique algorithm. I have tried searching the same keywords on various search engines, and the result is more or less same.
I always target my SEO for Google. Google has the largest market share. If I was looking for Chinese traffic, I would have chosen Baidu, because Baidu is the search engine for Chinese. If I was looking for Russian traffic, I would target to Yandex because it is the most used search engine in Russia.
