As usual, it is the unique content that is the primary factor for the SEO and Page rank enhancement. The contents is the very foundation of the website that without contents, there is no website to speak of. And if you regularly post unique and high quality contents to your website then you have a good chance of getting a good position in the Page rank of Google.
