    Pardon me but I don’t quite clearly understand your question although I am assuming that you are referring to blogspot or blogger as a platform for blogging. If that is the case then I suggest that you read the mechanics of Blogger on how to create a blog and how to maintain it. Don’t mind the Adsense for now unless you already have an Adsense account. With the blogging, you can immediately have your own blog courtesy of Blogger and the blog will reside in Blogspot.com.
