Any idea how to increase positions locally in Google?

Got website: octa-polise.lv I want to make it to display in first page for country: Latvia for following keywords: Octa, octa polise, octa kalkulatos, octa apdrosinasana. Any idea how to get to first page results in Google very fast? Like 1 month period. Any suggestions and offers are welcome!

just send website and information to google local if less competition if alot of compitetors then just buy ads in google adwords

I think I have read that comment in this site about the local page ranking of a website. Actually, this local ranking is the concern of service companies because their clients are the local population in their vicinity or in their country. The suggestion was to include the name of your locality in the description of your home page. Better yet, add the name of your country in the contents of the new web page. Not to forget, use the country as the keyword so you will have the focus on your country.
