    Content is the MOST important factor... Then any other SEO technique (like On-Page and Off-Page). For a long tail keyword with low competition you can only rank good with content, nothing more to say!

    There are 2 meanings of quality content. You are right that when the reader is interested in the content and it is a good read then we can consider that quality content in the eyes of the reader. But another meaning of quality content refers to the SEO method that the content is original and not copied from another source. Also, the content is directly related to the niche and is well written.

    This is true in the sense that copying and pasting of contents ain't the best way to make good contents. It is better we get the ideas and then put them in the words that we want to do. Also, ensuring that we avoid foul words as much as we can is also a good way to show that we are doing the right thing. This is the reason I ensure that I avoid political and religious jargons when I make contents.

Unique means it is not copied from another website or another source like newspaper, in whole or in part. Duplicate contents will terribly hurt your website in terms of SEO.
