    In white hat, there are many things but mainly we have to concentrate on:

    fresh content
    manual work
    quality and natural backlinks

    Not to mention the penalties that Google will inflict upon your site if they catch you doing Blackhat SEO.

    I do agree, if you are caught then your site is moved to sandbox White Hat SEO Marketing and that is really really bad from a webmaster perspective.

    And, it can take a very long time to clean up blackhat activity once it's done, especially if you get caught and want to go legit.
