If I do 301 backlinks that are no-follow, will they help me to get Page Rank#1

I do agree with Katrina ..No do follow backlinks does not affect on Ranks as Googlebot cannot find these links and therefore cannot be indexed ...So there is no use of no do follow links for ranking instead it can be used for branding ... I think focus has to be on acquiring link for getting traffic. If any site has a lot of traffic that you want for say product page or video. Then in such case it's good to have the backlink. It can be fun to see how the links such as that are helping the ranking. You can find out that such ranking and link changes have their own place. It's good to take link either way for sure.

Until now I am still confused with this no-follow backlink that I admit to be ignorant of. My main idea of that no-follow backlink is that you cannot click it to see the site. Oh well, I am really confused why there is such a no-follow and what is the purpose of it. Regarding ranking, I don’t know if it is affected by the no-follow link but maybe there is an effect with the search engine.
