    Do you follow the same steps for backlinking every time?

    For instance, what is your routine when trying to get a backlink for a specific post or page on your forum? Does that routine differ for a new blog or forum?

    Well, when I activate signature on any forum then it sticks to all the posts and threads by default....but for better link quality you can link to only relevant posts only.

    If I'm doing forum posting for backlinking, then I will only use the signature line option on selected posts, not all especially if only certain posts on that forum relate to my blog niche.

    I kinda follow the same steps but also try to add variation. I don't like leaving a foot print.
