    Are you going to bring in more people to do the commenting or is going to be you alone commenting on the blog,because I don't understand how that works, maybe I need to find out from the link posted there to really ascertain what the service is all about.

    I think driving paid comments on your blog is not a very good idea. You need engagements on your blogs, however, you have to do this organically. In order to generate organic comments, your content must be unique, interesting, original and well written. If your contents are high quality, visitors will always leave feedback.
