I am kinda of a cheap webmaster since I'm not rich and all so I usually use the sites that are free, so I have been using a site that is called: http://www.freebacklinkcreator.com/

It's really not that bad, but it's not great, you just have to be careful not to use it to much or else it might come back to bite you.

for backlink creation first search in the google for the links of your category.If you find them then send a mail to them stating that you want to create a link for your website and wait for their reply.
