Well, there is list of rss feed directories where you can submit the rss feed urls...

Im sure there are tons of those, but to have it done and get all of them done at once + ping all submissions as well as setup the feeds to auto-ping once per week so you never have to do it again, that is what my service offers

Much easier than manually submitting them all 1 by 1
