    I think if anyone makes use of the Bootstrap framework for CSS and HTML. Then that can be good for the responsive layout. This type of layout adapts itself based on the user screen. And it can be used for the apps too. So if you are into making such mobile friendly website then this framework is good to use. And it is free to download and use so there does not seem to be any catch.

    You can also use the Foundation framework. So it may add up for the bootstrap. Same functionality like bootstrap. But it is more flexible and get the work done on the code side. And the CSS framework is more matured on the screen size too. So that's definitely be useful.

    At first, I was wondering what a responsive website is until I came into this site and learned that a responsive website is one with a design that is fitting for mobile access. I understand the logic of that mobile-friendly design for the website because majority of internet users are now the mobile users. From that last article that I had read, 40% of internet access comes from mobile users and probably now it is more than 50%.
