Where to find good link partners

Hi All,

First time poster and new to seoclerk. I was wondering if any of you know where to go to find real quality 3 way link exchange partners. e.g. no template sites, pr 0, bad content and so on. I have a network of travel sites that are real businesses, have good PR, ranking unique content (good blogs, youtube channels with produced videos etc) and a handful of trusted other webmasters that I trade links with. I find it very hard to find good link partners. Any advice?
