    Well, currently mixed links and some social singals + yotube video can rank your site easily, Or you can buy high Quality niche blogposts links, but they will cost you a lot, if you have low competitive site, You can use just web 2.0 to rank your site

    Use good keywords is the best advice that I can give you.

    Such a good idea.
    This one technique has been most successful for me on any blog or article that i've written. Target not only very popular keywords but less popular long tail keywords which don't have much competition. Over time, you will rank your pages for very popular keywords by initially targeting long tail keywords.. I can't say why that works, but it does. Or, at least it worked for me.

    Backlinks from high authority sites
    Floating your links in all social sharing sites
    Bookmark your links in social bookmarking sites
    Share as many pages as you can in Google+
    Submit your site with the maximum search engines
    If your site is a blog site then submit it as many blog directories as you know
    I think this much is sufficient to get good PR.
