Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ
I've been reading a lot about Penguin 2.1 and there seems to be a lot of mixed or incorrect information. Some sites claim it was a rewrite while others claim it is just a refresh. You have others that say it is a partial rewrite and complete refresh. I'd say I agree with the last one, else it wouldn't be ".1".
Thoughts?
