Is it true that google will start excluding results from g+ ?

In one of the popular forum I saw people discussing this. Is it true or it is purely based on rumors ?

Pardon me for this comment but no offense meant to anyone. I have noticed that there are so many rumors and speculations going around forums especially with topics about SEO or search engine optimization. Even the Google update have a lot of rumors that it will stop using backlinks but we all know that Google has nothing to do with those rumors. Maybe we just be discerning with what we are reading because not everything in the internet are facts.
