No cell phone, how can I recover a stolen Gmail account?

Is there no other way than cell phone to recover a Gmail account? What if I don't have a cell phone anymore, how will I get my account back?

It is very difficult to recover your mail though They will ask you many things like ever been you added any gmail Id on your stolen account as recovered, Your name, address all necessary and alternative information. If everything is alright then they will contact you any alternative contact address after 30 days or more or less

Maybe there is a way to submit proof to Google that account was yours, such as with ID or driver's license/documentation so you can recover the account. Most sites let you do that.

Yes, it is difficult process if you lost your cell phone.... they would ask many questions related to your email usage.
