I am not sure but some seo experts say google + effect on site ranking in google search
but real google + not fake
some we get fake google + from site exchange sites he not give real benefit

I dont think so, Google +1 is not very effective nowadays.

From what I know Google Plus is a social media type of platform that what you post there for your backlinks are considered social signals. As of the recent discussion that I had come across it said that social signals are now treated as backlinks just like any other backlinks which means you now have more backlinks from social media. That is great news for small site owners because their main recourse was to post their backlinks in social media.
