    They have bing ads. Not sure if you can put it on your site but you can create ads for clicks through it.

    Yes. It is known as pubcenter. Look for pubcenter and register a account if you want your apps to have bing ads.

    This comment may be out of topic but I just want to air my disappointment with Bing Rewards. I was reading intently the mechanics of Bing and I already had a plan to use Bing for all my search chores until I came to the part that Bing Rewards is applicable only for US and Canada residents. It is sad that Bing did not include other countries for I’m sure that is one way of beating Google in the game.
