Do i have to do specific SEO for Bing?

So do I have to do specific search engine optimisation for Bing? or does just doing SEO generally help me out across all the search engines?

It won't hurt to look over the Bing Webmaster Guidelines to see what they have to say about Bing specific SEO.

just like you do seo for google but it harder to rank in bing than google as my experience also you need old domain to rank why not just try to advertise and you will rank easy

Also advise you to add your site to to Bing Webmaster tools : http://www.bing.com/toolbox/webmaster

They have more or less similar sort of service like the Google Webmaster tools but they do highlight some of the improvements that Google Webmaster tools doesn't.

So it doesn't hurt to add your site there as well.

Based on what I have been reading in this site, the SEO methods that you are doing will apply to all the search engines in the internet. That means if your SEO is good for Google then more likely it will also be effective with Bing. I have read in one forum that Bing has a campaign to be in the top 10 of the Alexa ranking in terms of traffic. That’s why they came up with the Bing Rewards program.
