I personally choose Backlink Topia because I only have to pay once. I their are some good reviews from known internet marketers.

This may not be the answer you are asking for but I want to share with you what I have learned in this forum about backlinks. One quality backlink is better than 100 ordinary backlinks which means we should be selective when posting the backlink. The site should either be an authority like Gov or Edu or Wiki or it should be a site with a high number of traffic. Think of posting one backlink on a popular blog that has 100,000 regular readers against posting 100 backlinks on 100 sites that get only 50 readers.
