By google analytics ID you can check the Google Penguine data from this link: http://www.barracuda-digital.co.uk/panguin-tool/
Give the access to read only option.Check the update by any Google penguine or Panda.

I guess there are ways to check if your site is hit by the Google Panda or Google Penguin. You simply search for your site using Google and it should appear if it has a note about that sanction or suspension. Pardon me for saying this but we should not be too concerned with Google Updates because most of those changes do not affect the site especially if you are not doing anything that is not legitimate.
