Unfortunately Google is not updating it's PR (pagerank) any more and it's not valid metric in SEO at all. Instead of that focus your self on your website's authority like domain authority and page authority, also lately it's in trend to focus on trust flow and citation flow of your website. I have to agree with the comment above that the page rank is not being updated and not in use anymore by Google. Maybe that is one of the biggest changes in the Google updates although I have yet to read the official declaration on the issue. But if I were the site owner with a high page rank then it will be truly a regret that the page rank is not being used and has no more value.
