Are you talking about sites you could post on for a high quality niche related backlink? Maybe you want to try Digital point, though I don't think that is do follow site.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

If your intention is to spread your backlink on the forum, you don’t need the top forums because for sure, those forums are so dynamic that your comment will not be seen anymore. I would suggest that you choose a moderate size forum with just a hundred or so active members at one time. That way, your comment or new thread will be noticed and your backlink has a better chance of being clicked.
