We all know that writing good and original content is important. However original content is not only about posting new things, but also about recycling or repurposing content. What does this mean?
Basically it refers to using older content so as to attract new leads. You can thus pick your best content, such as articles or posts that were really interesting and that contain very valuable and relevant information, and you can then identify ways to reuse it. This practice can help to increase the SEO value of older posts and at the same time it moves your readers naturally through the content. Do you agree?

[b]Recycling or repurposing content[/b] = Taking old content/articles etc that have been long forgotten about or have served their purpose and then literally reviving, repurposing and sprucing it up. This could be from adding more content to it, or changing some of it so that it is more relevant again for today. Some content that you write could have been very relevant 5+ years ago but might not be relevant any more due to times changing, things changing and that makes it old content that isn't very valuable. So by repurposing it you can beef it up and add some more content to it to make it that little bit more valuable again for today. Of course, repurposing old content can also mean reusing that content in other ways too. For example, if you have some really old content that is still relevant to something today, you can use that content to post it else where like on another website or one or more of your web 2.0 blogs or something. This literally repurposes it. But repurposing and recycling old content should be done from time to time for all your blogs posts so that you go through them and add new content to them or update the details and information in them so that it makes them much more valuable and keeps them fresh! :)
