    Indian Debit card not accepted

    Hi,

    Since last 1 month I am unable to pay with my debit card from India , because SEO clerk does not support 3D verification .
    Paypal also never accepts this cards and its not possible to get a credit card without IT information ,
    so can you please tell me whether virtual cards work here ?
    I have tried ICICI , HDFC International Debit card none of them worked
    so please give me suggesstion

    Yes you can use entropay virtual card and attach your debit card there so that you can pay from that debit card.

    Axis works fine, is your card VISA or master? visa with emv works fine..EMV international master card from PNB wont work..
    Just make sure you have international transaction enabled as they charger in $ and by default international transactions are disabled on most cards..
    I had to enable international transaction on AXIS netbanking and it works fine everywhere.

    If there is a SBI branch closeby you can get sbi visa..Min balance is low &it works well with paypal/entropay and I have used it on aliexpress and other sites just enable international transaction and get VISA from sbi not Master/rupay..

    so finally after a lot of hard work , Axis bank chip card works on International Payment , but the mail problem is they charge too much for processing fee

    The best way to get credit card without IT file is on fixed account, you can easily get 80% credit of your fixed amount. ( from my experience )
