Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ
Today I came to know about something that has just made me quite upset as a seller who uses WTB section frequently in search for potential work opportunities.
Today I requested a potential buyer through private message to have a look at bid I placed on his WTB Offer couple of days ago. In reply he copy-pasted my bid and said that its all he found on by bid. The pasted text was only the beginning of my bid message with the remaining message completely clipped OFF.
If am not sure it this is an error or if there is a word count limit for the bid message. It does not make much sense because besides the message box it is written to be as descriptive as you can while on the other hand the message is being clipped off mostly.
I usually leave detailed bid messages and if there is a word count limit then it must be made obvious to all. I am also forwarding this to the support staff for them to look at.
P.S. I do not send SPAM messages to other users. The person I contacted I had placed a bid on his offer and that person has already replied back and placed an order using by bid.

Yes I found it the hard way.
340 characters is the maximum that is visible. Anything after that is clipped off.
I have been writing pretty detailed messages (>200 words) with my bid for a long time so I was pretty disappointed when I came to know about the limit.

may be they limit it for max character? I think its like seoclerks limit the message, sometime I see my own message at bid is short too.. may be they limit it for max character?
