When buyer expecting more than a service and give indirect thread of bad reviews?

Hi, I just received a message from my one customer who already ordered on of my gig and i have delivered it on time, but in reply of delivery he said,
'' Dear Brother/ Sister,
I really appreciate your task. I was already order many user in S EO C L E R K S . C O M , But i was not satisfied their task . I always reject order. You are the best service provider . I am agree with you . I will give you Best reviews. Please can you share me other high pr site list , hence i can create backlinks on other sites.
Can you provide me bookmarking sites user details ?
Anyway i am happy with your great Job.
Waiting your prompt reply .''

I just copied what he wrote, expecting suggestion, when buyer asking to share my resource,and that is confidential and unique for all seller, so it can not be share, but what to do to avoid these kind of bad reviews?

Did the buyer reject your order? If so, he has no ground to stand on as he has blatantly stated that you provide good service. And, he seems happy with your service. If you refuse to provide additional resources to him and then he rejects the order, request help from SEOClerks. You have already finished the order and deserve to be paid. Hi, Thanks for the reply, i said this is not possible for me to share additional resources, and he sent me a message i provided him good service, and he didnt rejected the order or made it completed,
so the order is delivered but still in progress,
Its really seems boring when you know client saw report of delivery but not rating or making the order completed,
