Does anyone experienced this?

I don't mean to pointing fingers in anyway, and that's why I've hidden both the sellers names and the services. The delivery dates are copy+pasted, since I wanted to share these dates. The only reason I created this thread, was merely because I wonder if anyone else has the same experiences?

When do you give a negative review? At what point? How long do you wait for the sellers to deliver? Do you contact them if your order is getting late or do you wait until they contact you?

Delivery dates are factored from the time you submit instructions + days to complete. If the user is unable to complete it within the expected delivery day, cancel the order. Click the red got problems to cancel. No reason why you shouldn't.

Thanks for you reply. I know how to cancel orders, I was just curious about people thoughts or if anyone else has experienced this as well. I would also like to know "how nice" people are and for how long people are waiting.

I certainly will cancel these orders within the next couple of hours if they still aren't delivered or if I haven't heard anything from the sellers.

I think that if you contact the seller and they are not returning your messages, then take the next step. But then again part of me feels that if they have good reviews from everyone else, then maybe something in their life went wrong or something. One just never knows.

Oh, I get ya. I respond asking for an update. If they do not respond in 24 hours I cancel.

On a side note, I know some sellers have hundreds of open orders and it takes time for them to respond so they only respond when they complete work.
