How I Make $200 A Day Playing A Video Game (Not A Guide)

I personally play World of Warcraft for fun when I have free time. This isn't the only way I make money, it's just one my sources of income.

But what I do is this:

Almost every online game has a virtual currency, like gold. A LOT of people pay for ingame currency for real money. Players are always desperate to get an extra edge in competition and never hesitate to throw down lots of money (that is, if they have the money).

I used to play just to enjoy the game, but I always saw players in chat (gold selling websites) advertise gold for sale. I thought...why don't I just sell it myself?

Remember, this isn't a guide. I'm just explaining the concept of how I make money playing a video game for fun.

After a couple days of researching on how to make gold, I found a secret method to make tons of it. Can't really share the method since it's not really a gaming forum. But I'd be happy to share it if you play the same game and PM me for it.

I used this method to make me around 400,000-600,000 gold per day. Took me around 2-4 hours of work. Every 100,000 gold sells for around $50. So I advertised in chat and found a few private buyers.

So basically I made around 400k gold per day, and sold it for $200. I did this whenever I pleased. $200 - 300 per day.

Just wanted to put this out there for you guys. I am in no way showing off. Instead, I am proving to you that money is everywhere.

You can make money doing anything.

When I get stuck in a game I will often look up a walkthrough of that level on Youtube, and the gamers posting those walkthroughs make money from views on the video ads. Everyone is happy

It's funny when you and I are consistently spending HOURS on ONE level, beating our heads against the wall, getting to the point of frustration, when the answer is LITERALLY just a couple of clicks away.

You are EXTREMELY stubborn, to go in the direction of getting help; whereas I am the first one to mention to look it up on YouTube. The sad part of it is... When we FINALLY look for a solution, the answer is is SO EASY! Every time, we always find out, we are doing things the HARD way!!!

Thank goodness, we have the option of finding out the solution to the RPG games we play. If we couldn't, we would have to give up our expertise of killing zombies and stick with pinball, which has been your prized game for many years!

Game currency is pretty hot these days since there are millions of players worldwide and those dealing with such kind of trading are literally making thousands in profit if they get it right.

What many fail to realize that like building any other online business, this also requires some effort and there is no easy money hanging on the tree for you to pick.

It is neither cheating not HARAM. (Thanks @NaturalWriter for stepping in) It is trading one thing for the other.
