Tips on how I got my response time from 24 hour to 1 hour

Why low response time is important ?

The answer is very simple if you are a buyer and you see two sellers one who will answer you in 1 hour and other one will answer you in 24 hour so you will naturally go to the first one

I have been trying to reduce my response time for last 2 months as it was 24 hours . Here are few tips what I did and worked out best for me . I hope you will find these tips useful .

I bump my services when I am going to be online for next few hours because we get most of our orders by bumping so if you bump when you are online and get an order you will be able to respond to it quickly.
I turn on mail notifications on my mobile or tablet when planning to go offline from laptop or pc and I reply from there when I am on bed
Always try to deliver order when buyer is online because there are more chances of getting order update at the delivery time because if a buyer is online then he will respond to you and you can reply him back quickly.
Try to figure out the time when you usually get most orders ( usually its USA morning time ) so try to be online at that time and bump your service at that time so you get most of the orders on time and you respond to them . ( response time is calculated on average so if you respond most of the orders on time and only few order you respond late so that will not effect your response time alot )

Very good tips. My response time droped from 1 hour to 6 hours, so i have to work on it, because it really worth it
