    you can't register 1 more by 1 email id, so you need more email id then you can register more then 1

    I'd be careful if your considering registering more than 1 account.
    I don't think it's technically against the rules, (although it might be), but it seems that having 1 user account with a good reputation would be more important than a bunch of other accounts to try and keep up with.
