help me with credit/debit card paying

1st my country is not accepted in credit/debit card pyament .. am from lebanon
2nd i have an american payoneer card! and i cannot pay
it gave me this error message : ! Error 10746: This transaction cannot be processed. Please use a valid country on the billing address. while am pretty sure of my belling adddress

Being that you have an "American" payoneer card, doesn't change the fact that you are from a country that doesn't accept credit / debit payments. If you continue to have this issue, your best bet is to contact the helpdesk for some support on this and see if there is anything that they can do for you.
