Does Force Cancelling An Order Give Me Negative Rating?

If someone orders a service from me, and I first mutual cancel the order, but they reject the mutual cancelation, if I then Force Cancel the order, does this give me Negative Rating?

I don't think so. Only sellers can force cancel though.

I did find out this answer already... Force Cancel does give negative rating unless done within the first 24 hours.

Well for me, for example, if I force cancel an order after 24 hours, my 100% Seller Rating will drop into the 90s.
