SEO Levels ?

Im not new to the site, ive been buying things for over a year now, but i just started selling services, when i saw that i cant sell a service under $5 because im a Level 1. How do i level up?

This is very good that you are attached to this site for last one year. But I am new at this. Level increases through working and time spent on site and best discussion.
