My levels down from 3 to 1

Hello, I had level 3 and suddenly am now level 1 because one of my customer put negative review on me and it caused my ratings to go down. Will my level go back to 3 again if my positive ratings go up ? I'm very sad about it

Hi Danigo,

Your rating will go back to level 3 as long as you obtain a 90% or higher rating and meet all these requirements:

Completed 25 orders/purchases/affiliate Sales on time
Have no infractions (follow the rules)
Login very often (once per 7 days)
First completed sale is at least 60 days old
You must verify your physical address (only users who joined after May 6th, 2016)
Have a 90% rating or higher
72 Hour or less response time

It doesn't matter if you dropped back to level one. As long as you meet the requirements again, you will get your level back.

Try to contact you buyer who left negative feedback on your service and in friendly manner try to resolve this problem with your buyer and ask for change of feedback to POSITIVE because it's possible. Also, in future you have to provide better quality services to your buyers in order to build your reputation!

Currently, you have 89.7% rating. Your Level 3 status should return as soon as you meet the 90% rating requirement - assuming you have met all other requirements and your account is not in any other way restricted, such as by infraction.
