I didn't understand. Whats your problem ?

she/he said to cancel their account cause some wacktards are sending her/him very unwanted mail or pm's.

I was looking through my profile and I do not see an option to close account or delete either. (not that I was thinking about it - I was going to point them in the right direction as J replied.)

I would kill the account before the next message comes from her/his lawyer with some other paperwork attached that you don't want. It was a very straight forward request.
