    Force cancel orders on late delivery

    Hello guys,
    I have suggestion(I think it is not discussed yet) about force cancel orders on late delivery more than 24 hours with negative feedback as dicscussed here https://www.seoclerks.com/forum/th...e-delivery.6665/

    I think it is not a good idea to leave a negative feedback on force cancel. there is a good idea given by @Henrykevinrose

    Force cancel can be treated differently.

    • If an order goes in late delivery then before enabling force cancel button please check if seller is responding(Check last message against his last online status). If seller sent a message then there is some problem in delivery. In this case only enable Mutual Cancellation. If still there is some issue then buyer should have option to raise a ticket to support team.
    • If seller is not responding then there must be force cancel enabled but with some or 100% percent of Money Back To The Buyer rather than negative feedback. But for those who are coming online & not responding deliberately there must be negative feedback too.
    • If buyer is not responding then keep it as it is(Already SeoClerks do, clear funds to seller).

    bro, i go with you very much. many fake buyers and competitive sellers will use this to witch-hunt them and destroy thier reputation. also it could be the buyer fault also like the buyer not responding to messages and other-likes.

    This is bad Idea.
    There are lot of fake buyer who only want free service.so if the seller provide with the order after that the buyer can force fully cancel it and get the money back with free service.Like if buyer order service of 3000 Facebook Likes, then the fake seller will force full cancel the order when it receive 2500 likes,that it getting free service and money back.



    Getting order late is not with one seller but with many seller and just not in seoclerks but every where, most of the order are getting late but you should not have any problem with it, if it is not getting late more than week or if seller request you that it will take some time to deliver the order.
    We are human not machine, we can't work 24x7, we need rest, so replying to each conversion very time is not possible.You basically must wait for 24-48 Hours to get reply (Industry Standard).You usually get reply within 48 hours. But some time due to certain problem even reputed seller fail to reply or deliver order on time,but you should not worry about it.



    You can use mutual cancellation or contact support for help.

    I am agree with you cause i got few fake and bad buyers They bought VPS and used 4 days when them work was finish they request for cancel and added bad comment under services

    thanks for that little example. it will surely be abused and misused to the advantage of fake buyers and lazy sellers. it is highly discouraged.
