You need a Credit card to add payment to Paypal but if you do not have that you have option of Debit Card too
But only issued by VISA (No other)

Which credit card to link.As i have tried linking sbi visa card but it's not working .

SBI Visa is a debit card and you can not link with Paypal .
With SBI Visa you can use it direct from Seoclerks no need of Paypal .

Okey .Thanks. Also SBI visa card cannot be used to directly from Seoclerks to purchase gig . Are you sure we can use icici back debit card for purchasing services ? Have you tried it ?

Yes with sbi visa card.But i will use ICICI or Axis bank card .
Most important news is SBI and Paypal tied up MoU for international payment on 22/5/15. I don't know from what date it will be valid ?

in india debit card will not work with paypal. your amount will get deducted but will not be added into paypal, i tried this so trust me, if you are not an student better get a credit card, or get hdfc net safe card if you have hdfc account, its like an virtual credit card.
