inbox restricted. how much time will take to resolve

I sent my some services and service details to buyers
And i didnt use any spam word like g....l or e....l
And now one buyer replied me and ask me to give him a sample
Then now i m trying reply him. There is error showing

"This message was detected as spam. You could be using a URL or a Word which has been flagged as spam previously. If you were recently sending mass messages, your account may have been restricted."

In reply i will not using any words i write only ok
Then so this error msg still showing

I just want to ask if i am not writing any url or illegal word then why this error showinh?
And is this error will solve automatically aftet some time or i have to do something to resolve thus???

Since this is the message you get.

If you were recently sending mass messages, your account may have been restricted.

However, I don't know for how long you'll be restricted. You could contact the support about it. It solves automatically.

many words other than contact details raise flags I think udemy is one of them.. you might be using one of the words listed in spam filter
you might be using one of these words, if you are 100% sure you are following all rules you can type your message on notepad take screenshot and upload as image... make sure you are not breaking any rules because if you do you will be liable for your actions..do this at own risk

also im not sure if this is allowed but if the image does not violate any rules i think its ok to do so... its best you contact support or check if you are using some term which triggers the s[am filter

when you communicate with more than 10 buyers or send him message than i think its treated as spam but i am not sure you can contact support for this.
