    My buyer has paid me extra unknowingly and she wants the extra back !! how can I refund here!?

    No any partially refund option for buyer. you can give you some extra work for your buyer how can I partially refund a buyer

    if your buyer did not accept extra work for extra money.Then you cancel the order and tell your buyer to order new gig for exact quote.

    You said you did not know about he paying you extra. And now he is the one wanting the refund for extra.
    If there was no request from your side for the extra funds then it is buyer responsibility to contact support and get refund on his extra money.
    I appreciate you want to make your buyer happy but there is a line between providing support and making up for other people mistakes and ignorance.
