    sure, i think you can buy with your paypal for paypal is a generally accepted method of payment provided you have some cash in your PayPal account.

    No, you cant buy with paypal balance. Paypal balance you can only withdrawal. if you want to buy gigs, you need to pay via credit card or paypal or, other payment method Paypal
