This morning I got something new here.
One of the buyers who have ordered from me before through WTB offer placed the same order again. Then wrote in order message saying to start the work and then the very next minute cancelled the order. Saying :
Seller suggested a mutual cancellation.
Reason: Please Cancel This Order
I Am Ordering Again By Mistake
This order will be cancelled automatically in two days unless it is rejected or aborted.
Reject cancellation - Accept cancellation

The above ordering, messaging and cancelling all took place in less then 2 minutes time. I am slightly concerned here. Is the buyer trying to toy with my feedback rating intentionally. I say this because the same buyer had blackmailed me before for re-work and threaten to change previous positive rating in reply to which I reminded him about SEOClerks TOS and also submitted a ticket to the staff.
If I cancel this order, will it affect my profile rating ?

What would you suggest me that is it safe for me to fulfill his order. Or I ask him to first mark the order complete and give positive rating then I will deliver just to be on the safe side ?
Yes you cannot restrict buyer from doing that but if you dont want orders from that buyer and think that buyer is only ordering you again and again to give you negative contact support they will restrict that buyer . It happened to me once with spam messages type member they restricted that guy .
if you think buyer is fine then you should continue with the order . and cancel the order which is done by mistake send him mutual cancellation and if he already sent you then just accept it it wont effect your rating only force cancellation effects rating after 24 hour

That is not allowed for sellers to ask buyer to complete orders first it will result in a restricted account if that buyer reports you for that .
Judge that buyer check his history if you dont want to work with him just send him mutual cancellation and all will be good :)

Hello Kashif ,
I dont know why you accepted the second order from the same scammed buyer in the first place who has already scammed you .
If its a mutual cancellation request then your rating will not be effected . only force cancellation effects rating.
I would highly suggest to review that buyer with name on service review ( member callout )
And if you have complete the work then there is no way he can threaten you like this . you can explain the whole situation to helpdesk support they will restrict that member if he is a scam .
