How often do you update your SEOClerks forum profile page?

On the SEOClerks forum profile page, you have ample room to describe yourself and your services. I want to update this space to include more links to my services as well as show images of positive reviews. This is my goal and when I find time I will do that.

I have not bothered to fill out my profile or forum page as I don't use the site for that purpose. I just like visiting the forum and reading about freelancing tips and techniques. Mostly that's why I come here, not to buy or sell.

There aren't many options for customization, just an about section. Though I am assuming that I could fill that part out with information about my own website? Or is it just for SEOClerks services information?
