Affiliate coupons were the feature of SEOClerks some months ago. Previously you've to allow those by creating a ticket and after it's enabled, when someone will signup in SEOClerks through your affiliate link, and you will give him the coupon which SEOClerks created for you and he will get those 5$. That's called Affiliate coupons!

It is a service that enables you to create coupon for anyone than sign up through your affiliate link. Contact support and they will activate this feature for you. But you have to give enough reason why you need it.
