Question about Levels?

Hello everyone,

I hope I am in the right thread for asking this question. I am new to SC and I am sure, regarding the levels, that I had read somewhere that as long as you are Level I, only give $5 services? I believe I read that, but I notice when listing services, it prompts me to list the job whatever it may be worth? So I'm wondering why it would do that as I am Level I? I had recently listed one above $5, but then remembered that? But if not right, then I need to change that last service I listed? Do you just stick with $5 services until you advance? I know this may be a dumb question, but I just want to make sure I am understanding things clear. Thanks.

Never mind, anyone, I found it, right at the very bottom at Levels, you cannot go above $5 at Level I. But I wondered why it would suggest me to put in what I felt the service was worth? Hmm. Oh, well, I'll need to delete the last service or modify it for a $5 service
